Kathmandu. The stock market rose by double digits on Tuesday. The NEPSE index rose 30.76 points to 3,002.07 points.
As the market increased, 11 groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased and two groups have decreased. Other groups fell the most by 2.58 per cent, while the Development Bank group fell the most by 0.36 per cent.
Today, the share price of 176 companies has increased in the market and the share price of 74 companies has decreased. On this day, the market has made a turnover of more than Rs 18.5 billion. Himalayan Distillery has the highest turnover.
