Kathmandu. On Monday, the stock market fell by double digits for the second day of the week. The NEPSE index fell 14.53 points to 2647.07 points.
Two of the NEPSE sub-groups have risen and 11 have fallen due to the rise in the market. The finance group grew the most by 1.40 per cent, while the investment group saw the highest decline of 2.14 per cent.
Today, the share price of 167 companies has decreased in the market and 78 companies have increased. On this day, the transaction amounted to Rs 1.55 billion. Ngadi Group Power has done the most business.
