Kathmandu. The stock market rose on Tuesday. The NEPSE index closed at 2973.70 with an increase of 80.97 points.
The NEPSE sub-group has become greener in all the 13 groups. Today, the production and processing group has increased the most by 4.63 percent.
Shares of 236 companies have increased on this day while only 14 companies have declined. Today, the market has a turnover of more than Rs 20 billion. Nepal Reinsurance Company has the highest turnover.
