Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The government has made it clear that vehicles that do not install embossed number plates will not be fined or penalized as an immediate action.
The Department of Transport Management under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport issued a notice today. According to the Department, there is only confusion that if the embossed number plate is not installed from September 1, it will be fined or prosecuted immediately. “There will be no penalty or penalty for the time being,” the department said, adding, “We also urge you to help in the digitization work by automatically installing embossed number plates by going to the transport office where the vehicle is registered at a convenient time.” ’
According to the Department, serious attention has been drawn towards the dissemination of false and misleading information including the quality of the embossed number and the data going out of the country. The department has clarified that the quality of the embossed number plate has been ensured as per the prescribed and the server has been managed so that all the details and data of the vehicles are safe within the country.
The department has also urged not to follow such false, misleading and rumors.
