Kathmandu. Ashvini Kumar Thakur has been appointed as an independent director of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank. A meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on July 29 decided to appoint Thakur as an independent director. According to the bank, he has been appointed with effect from July 1.
