Kathmandu. Suryajyoti Life CEO Prakash Bikram Khatri has said that the company has moved forward by keeping claim payment as its first priority. Addressing the launch program of Suryajyoti Life’s Suryajyoti e-loan and Suryajyoti Carers Digital Card today, he said that he has always been dedicated to the welfare and service of customers.
He said that he has been giving first priority to claim payment considering that it is within the company’s principles. We have been settling as many claims as possible as soon as possible, he said.
He said that this service has been operated keeping in mind the service and convenience of customers. He also organized an online survey related to insurance at the same event.
CEO Khatri informed about the status of various financial indicators of the company through the event. He said that the paid-up capital was Rs 500 crore by the second quarter, making it the first company to reach paid-up capital through merger, total investment was Rs 4,350 crore, life insurance fund was Rs 3,700 crore, total policyholders were Rs 21 lakh, agents were more than 6,500, profit was earned at Rs 196 crore, 16 total policies were being sold, and services were being provided from 74 branches.
He also expects to collect Rs 700 crore in total insurance premiums this fiscal year, and Rs 1,000 crore more in total insurance premiums this year.
