Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance organized ‘Corporate Meet-2082’ on November 22 at Lemon Tree Premier Hotel, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu with the objective of personality development, motivation enhancement and transformation in corporate culture.
The program was attended by the company’s Chairman Keshav Prasad Bhattarai, Board of Directors Akash Golchha, Chudamani Devkota, Hemanta Nahata, CEO Prakash Bikram Khatri, DY CEO Farshuram Marasini and all the employees of the company.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Prakash Bikram Khatri, offered detailed guidance on the thinking, working style, service behavior and good governance of the employees. On the occasion, CEO Khatri made clear about the company’s upcoming plan and main strategy for this year ‘We CAN’, directing all employees to move ahead by making necessary changes in their thinking, service delivery, working style and good governance.
In the opening session of the program, Speaker Dr. Dr. Sanjeev Humagain, MD On the occasion, Dinesh Pant and Manoj Bhattarai imparted interactive training on ‘Professional Culture’, ‘Emotional Intelligence’ and ‘Communication Effective’ respectively.
On the occasion, CEO Khatri said that the company has been excelling in every indicator and said that the process of digital transformation will be further effective to provide easy service to the insured.

One of the highlights of the event was the ‘Employee Awards Segment’ where special felicitations were given to four outstanding employees. Ajit Sharma of the Department of Internal Audit and Compliance was honored in the ‘Best Employee – The Extra Mile’ category.
Similarly, Mahesh Adhikari from Law and Claims Department was honored in the ‘Best Employee – Idea into Action’ category and Ashish Gyawali from the Finance Department was honored in the ‘Best Employee – Creating an Impact’ category. The ‘Best Department – Award of Excellence’ was given to the underwriting department.
On the occasion, Chairman of the Board of Directors Keshav Prasad Bhattarai said that the committee would continue to support the personality development and welfare of the employees and stressed that the company should pay special attention to corporate governance and follow the rules and regulations issued by the Insurance Authority.
