Kathmandu. Right shares of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company have been allotted.
The company had opened the sale of 27 per cent right shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:0.27 from May 27 to June 15. Accordingly, the company issued a total of 10,696,320 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
The right shares of the company were distributed at the office of Securities Sales Manager Nepal SBI Merchant Banking on Thursday. According to the company, 10,471,592 units of shares have been allotted to 390,350 shareholders.
Out of the total number of units, 224,728 units of shares of the company are yet to be sold. Now the company will sell this share through an auction process.
