. KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company (SUN) has completed the second phase of tree plantation in Ilam Municipality, continuation of its nationwide tree plantation initiative, prioritizing environmental protection, community welfare and sustainability.
Under this campaign, 1,000 fruit saplings including 500 peaches and 500 pears have been planted in Ilam today.TAG_OPEN_p_6 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Raj Kumar Aryal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) Kabi Phuyal, Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, Koshi Province Chief Tulasinath Poudel and branch chiefs of various branches in the province were present during the program.
Similarly, Basu Gautam of Lumbini World Peace Forum, Mayor Kedar Thapa of Ilam Municipality and Nutan Dev Dulal (Chairman) of Ward No. 40, Durga Madan Shrestha (Member) of Ward No. 60, Dal Man Tamang (Chairman) of Ward No. 60, Om Nath Pradhan (Chairman) of Ward No. 100, Paras Mani Kafle (Member) of Ward No. 40 and Agriculture Technician Upendra Nepal were present in the program.
