Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend to its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 15 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared dividend of 20.2632% of its current paid-up capital. Out of this, 5 percent bonus shares and 15.2632 percent cash dividend (including tax) have been provided.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
