Kathmandu. Star Micro Insurance Company Limited is going to hold its second annual general meeting on Monday. The meeting will be held at registered office, Bhanuchowk, Janakpurdham and Dhanusha at 1 pm. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on April 29 decided the date of the meeting.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the financial year 2080/81 presented by the Chairman, the report of the auditor along with the financial statement of the company for the financial year 2080/81, profit loss account and cash flow statement and related schedules.
The meeting will approve various proposals including appointment of auditors to audit the fiscal year 2081/82 in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 BS and fix their remuneration and appointment of independent directors.
The shareholders present at the general meeting are requested to bring any of their official identity cards to enter the hall.
