Kathmandu. So far, six microfinance companies have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. So far, Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta, Swalamban Laghubitta, Himalayan Laghubitta, Garas Laghubitta, RSDC Laghubitta and Asha Laghubitta have declared dividends. These companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

Gurans Microfinance Financial Institution

The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend for the purpose of dividend tax. The organization has also held its general meeting.

RSDC Microfinance

The company has announced a total dividend of 8% to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. Out of this, 8 percent will be distributed as cash dividend. The organization has also held its general meeting.

Asha Microfinance

The company has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has announced 9.5 percent bonus share and 0.5 percent cash dividend for the purpose of dividend tax.

The company has decided to close the book on December 8 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. This means that only shareholders who have been held before December 22 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.

Small Farmers Development Microfinance

The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend for the purpose of dividend tax. The company has not fixed the book closing date for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.

Swavalamban Laghuvita{

The company has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has announced to distribute 5.6365 percent bonus shares and 4.3635 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has not fixed the book closing date for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.

Himalayan Microfinance

The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 7 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. Out of this, the company has decided to distribute 6.65 percent bonus shares and 0.35 percent cash dividend. The company has also not fixed the book closing date for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
