Kathmandu. So far, 5 insurance companies have declared dividend for the financial year 2081/82. So far, 3 life insurance companies and 2 non-life insurance companies have declared dividends. IME Life Insurance, Nepal Life Insurance and Citizen Life Insurance have declared dividend while Siddhartha Premier Insurance and IGI Prudential Insurance have declared dividend in the non-life insurance category.
These companies have announced the results of the distribution to their shareholders from the profits of the last financial year.

Siddhartha Premier Insurance
The company has decided to distribute 25% dividend on its current paid-up capital from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute 25 percent cash dividend. The company has not fixed the book closing date for the AGM and dividend distribution.
IGI Prudential Insurance
The company has declared a dividend of 5% of its current paid-up capital from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute 5 percent cash dividend. The company has not fixed the book closing date for the AGM and dividend distribution.

The company has declared a dividend of 10.5263 percent of its current paid-up capital from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute 10.5263 percent cash dividend. The company has not fixed the book closing date for the AGM and dividend distribution.
Nepal Life
The company has decided to distribute 21.05 percent dividend on its paid-up capital from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute 21.05 percent cash dividend including 5 percent bonus shares and tax on dividends.
The company has decided to close the book on December 23 for the purpose of dividend and AGM. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company before December 7 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
