Kathmandu. So far, 14 hydropower companies have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
So far, Super Madi Hydropower, Ngadi Group Power, Barun Hydropower, Sahas Energy, Mid Solu Hydropower Company, Sickles Hydropower, Arun Valley Hydropower, Century Energy, Singati Hydropower, Hilton Hydro Energy, Universal Power Company, Bhagawati Hydropower, Mountain Energy and Nepal Hydro Developers have declared dividend.
Sahas Energy has decided to distribute a total dividend of 22.1053 percent from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company will distribute 21 percent bonus shares and 1.2053 percent cash dividend. The company has already closed the book.
Super Madi Hydropower Limited has decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2642 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company will distribute 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2642 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
Ngadi Group Power has decided to distribute a total dividend of 5 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The company will provide 4 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has decided to close the book on November 30 for dividend and meeting purposes. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company before November 30 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
Barun Hydropower Company Limited has decided to distribute 5% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company will provide 4 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Century Energy has decided to distribute a total dividend of 35 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company will distribute 25 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend. The company has not set a book closing date.
Singati Hydro Energy has announced that it will distribute 5% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has not set a book closing date.
KATHMANDU: Nepal Hydro Developer Company Limited (HYDRO Developer) has decided to distribute 9.47 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company will distribute 9 percent bonus shares and 0.47 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
Hilton Hydro Energy has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 5.263 per cent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
