Kathmandu. Singati Hydro Energy’s fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5% bonus share to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current FY. As per the agreement, the company will issue bonus shares worth Rs 145 million out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 2.90 billion.
The bonus shares will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
