Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank is going to issue debentures worth Rs 2.5 billion from July 1. The bank is issuing ‘SBL Debenture-2091’. The bank will sell a total of 2.5 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000. Of these, 1.5 million units will be sold individually and the remaining 1 million units will be issued publicly.
The general public can apply for a minimum of 25 units of shares and a maximum of 25 units of shares. This bond is of 10 years duration. In this, investors will get 7. They will get 5 percent interest.
Investors can apply for the purchase from the banks and financial institutions participating in the Aswa service approved by the Securities Board of Nepal and my shares of CDSC. The issue of this bond will be closed at the earliest on July 15 and late on July 15 after the banking time.
