Kathmandu. The lock-in period of 9,689,500 units of shares of Shwetganga Hydropower and Construction limited is set to end on July 15. The company said this in a notification.
The lock-in period of 7.3 million units of shares of the company’s founding group, 796,500 units allotted to employees and 1.593 million units of shares allotted to the project-affected local residents will end on July 15.
In addition, the lock-in period of 3.85 million units of shares held in the name of Dolma Impact Fund-I, a foreign investment company of the founder group, ended on March 1, 2080.
