Kathmandu. Shivashree Hydropower Limited is issuing more than 6,65,000 units of undistributed right shares of the general public from November 6. The company is issuing a total of 6,65,845 units of right shares through the auction. Interested individuals, companies and organizations can submit bids for the purchase of these shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100 per share. The investors will have to bid at or above the minimum bid price.
The interested investors can bid for a minimum of 100 units of shares. Bids can be submitted for the maximum number of shares.
The tender can be submitted till 3:00 pm on November 10. The bidders can bid for the shares at Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu and branches of Citizen Bank at Kumaripati, Thimi, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Butwal and Hetauda.
