The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 12.5 percent dividend on the current paid up capital from the profit of the current FY. This includes 2.5 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the upcoming AGM.
For general purposes, the company has decided to close the book on November 26. This means that only shareholders who have been held before November 24 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
