Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance has urged its insureds who have applied to come and collect their claims.
The company has issued a notice today and made this request. The company has requested that the necessary process be taken for claims filed from Mangsir 1st to Falgun 15th, but the necessary documents for claim evaluation have not been received so far and the insured or the insured’s representative has not been in contact.
The company has requested that such claims be submitted to the company’s central claims department, the company’s provincial offices, branches and the surveyor assigned to the relevant claim within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the necessary documents, and come to collect the payment of the claim made by the person concerned.
The company has clarified that if the company does not receive all the necessary documents and claim settlement documents within the specified period and does not contact the person concerned, the claim file of the person concerned will be closed.
