Shares of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals to be traded from Sunday, what is the opening range?

Kathmandu. Shares of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals are set to hit the secondary market on Sunday.

Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals’ IPO has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Wednesday. Although the ordinary shares of any company will come into trading from the next day after being listed in NEPSE, today is a public holiday on Thursday and the stock market will not open on Friday.

A total of 6 million units of shares of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals have been listed on NEPSE. Of these, 70 percent i.e. 4.2 million units are held by the founder group and 30 percent i.e. 1.8 million units are held by the general public.

NEPSE has given ‘OMPL’ business signal to Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals. For the first transaction, NEPSE has set a minimum opening range of Rs 90.17 per share and a maximum of Rs 270.51 per share. If the shares of this company are bought and sold in the special preparation within the range set by NEPSE, then it will be traded in the regular session.

Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals had opened the IPO sale for the general public from March 27 to March 30. The IPO was allotted at the office of Prabhu Capital, the securities sales manager, on March 15.
