Kathmandu. Nepal Finance has disappointed its shareholders this year as well.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held in the last fiscal year 2081. It has also decided not to distribute any dividend for 82 years. FY 2067. The company has not distributed any dividend since the dividend was distributed in the year 2018.
The company has also decided to submit its financial statements for the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank, the financial details will be approved through the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
