Kathmandu. The share prices of two companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Shares of Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Kalinchowk Darshan Limited have been adjusted on the NEPSE Index. NEPSE has adjusted the share price of the two companies for the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution.
NEPSE has adjusted 10 percent bonus shares of Laxmi Sunrise and 5 percent bonus shares of Kalinchowk. After the merger, the share price of Laxmi Sunrise Bank has been fixed at Rs 213.64 and that of Kalinchowk has been fixed at Rs 860.95.
NEPSE has adjusted the share prices of these companies based on the closing price of the previous trading day. Shares of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Ltd were last traded at Rs 235 per share on the previous trading day, while Kalinchalak was last traded at Rs 904 per share.
Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market today.
