Kathmandu. The share prices of two companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On this day, the share prices of Soaltee Hotel and Sahas Energy have been adjusted.
NEPSE has adjusted the share price after the book closure of the two companies for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. On this day, NEPSE has adjusted 15 percent bonus shares of Soaltee Hotel and 21 percent bonus shares of Sahas Energy. After the merger, the share price of Soaltee has been fixed at Rs 474.87 while the share price of Sahas has been fixed at Rs 555.37.
NEPSE has adjusted the share prices of both the companies based on the closing price of the previous trading day. On the previous trading day i.e. Thursday, the shares of Soaltee were last traded at Rs 546 per share and the shares of Sahas were last traded at Rs 672 per share.
Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market on Sunday.
