Kathmandu. The Shangri-La Quiz 2081 organized by Shangri-La Development Bank Limited has concluded. Out of the 10 teams participating in the final round of the competition held in Kathmandu, Sanju Kumari Shrestha and Sukirti Subedi of Kathmandu Cluster came first, while Homraj Chaudhary and Hemant BC of Surkhet Sub-Cluster came second.
Subedi and Shrestha, who came first, received a prize of Rs 60,000 each, while Chaudhary and BC, who came second, received a prize of Rs 40,000 each.
Apoorva Prasad Joshi, Chief Operating Officer of Shangri-La Development Bank, presented prizes and tokens of appreciation to all the competitors who reached the country round, including the winner.
The country round was held in Itahari, Kathmandu, There were 20 competitors, two each from Nepalgunj and Pokhara clusters and Birgunj, Butwal, Chitwan, Dang, Dhangadhi and Surkhet sub-clusters. The best performers in the branch round and cluster round conducted before the country round were selected for the country round. 476 people competed in the branch round and 196 people competed in the cluster round.
Shangrila Development Bank has been conducting the ‘Shangrila Quiz’ since B. S. 2080. The program also honored long-serving employees of Shangri-La Development Bank.
