Kathmandu. More than 100,000 shares of Shangri-La Development Bank have been put up for sale.
102,574 shares of the bank’s founding group have been put up for sale. Currently, only the founding shareholders of the bank will be able to apply for purchase of these shares.
Applications for share purchase must be submitted within 35 days. Applications can be submitted at the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The bank has stated that if no applications for share purchase are received from the founding shareholders within the specified period, the sale will be opened to other individuals and institutions.
