Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted IPO approval to Suryakund Hydroelectric Company.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to Suryakund Hydropower for an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 13.79 crore. Now, the company will issue a total of 1,379,350 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
This public offering is equivalent to 20 percent of the paid-up capital of the company. Presently, the promoter group holds 80 percent stake in the company, which is Rs 551.7 million. After the IPO issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 68,96,74,400.
Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
