Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has allowed three mutual funds to issue additional units at one go.
The securities board has allowed NMB Saral Bachat Fund-E, Citizens Sadabahadar Yojana and Nabil Flexi Cap Fund to issue additional units. All these three mutual funds are open-ended schemes.
NMB Saral Savings Fund-E, which is the promoter of nmb capital, has got permission to issue an additional 20 million units at a face value of Rs 10.
Similarly, the Securities Board of Nepal has approved the issuance of an additional 12.5 million units of Citizens Sadabahadar Yojana at a face value of Rs 10 and another 50 million units of Nabil Flexi Cap Fund, promoter of Nabil Investment Banking Fund.
