Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The second annual general meeting of Saptakoshi Cement Limited, which manufactures cement under the Saptakoshi brand of cement, has been concluded. The assembly was held in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu on November 9.
The AGM has decided to distribute 12 total issued dividends to the shareholders from the net profit of the company. The company has also approved the process to issue initial public offering (IPO) up to a maximum of 20 percent of its paid-up capital to the general public.
The meeting also elected Mona Jalan as the new Director and Diwakar Thapa as the Independent Director. The factory, which produces 600 tons of cement under the Saptakoshi brand on a daily basis, is located in Katahari Rural Municipality of Morang district.
