Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has decided to extend the acquisition period of shares owned by Private Equity and Ventures Capital (PEVC) to two years.
The Securities Board of Nepal has released the current fiscal year 2082 BS today. Through the policy and program of 83, it has been announced to increase the lock-in period of shares owned by PEVC. Now the lock-in period of the shares owned by PEVC will be for two years from the date of ipo allotment. At present, this period is one year.
Similarly, the Securities Board of Nepal has announced to reduce the existing fund management, registration and issuance fee of PEVC by 50 percent.
