Kathmandu. SmartChoice Technologies Limited, a licensed payment system operator of Nepal Rastra Bank, has launched the Smart July offer for SCT UPI card users at BigMart, a chain store with 120+ branches in Nepal.
Under this offer, which started on July 1, 2025, customers make 10%,
A maximum of Rs 100 discount will be available. To get this discount, payment will have to be made through THE POS machine using SCT UPI card.
This offer will be applicable to all branches of BigMart till July 31, 2025. SCT had earlier offered SCT Smart Wednesday on BigMart. In which SCT UPI card users got a 10% discount every Wednesday while making payments through SCT UPI card. The offer will be fully operational from the first Wednesday of August. This discount will be available to SCT UPI card users of all member banks and financial institutions of SCT.
SCT currently issues SCT UPI cards through 23 banks and financial institutions and more than 100 co-operative societies. Through this offer, the aim is to make maximum use of the card and encourage cashless transactions through the card.
