Kathmandu. Is the world in a recession? Are we living in a recession? According to Robert Kiyosaki, author of the book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’, it is absolutely true. Kiyosaki warns, ‘We are in an economic recession.’
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Kiyosaki said that he has been telling people about this since 2012. Citing his book ‘Rich Dad Prophecy’, he said, ‘Now, working time is more important than ever.’
Kyosaki considers time to be an asset. He asked, ‘Is it too late to learn and change? No. Time is always your asset.’
Kyosaki criticized the traditional education system. He called it the ‘fear of making mistakes’. According to him, this fear prevents people from becoming financially independent. In his post, he explained how this recession can be turned into a great opportunity through investors.
In his post, Kiyosaki also mentioned a previous post. Kiyosaki wrote, ‘In my previous post on X, I compared FOMO, or fear of missing out (fear of being left behind), with FOMA, or fear of making mistakes (fear of making mistakes). This fear is taught in schools.’
Kyosaki argues that the best investment today is not in stocks. Instead, he advises educating yourself. He encourages people to use platforms like YouTube to gain knowledge. But he also advises caution. “YouTube provides access to some intelligent people. But there are also fraudulent men and women,” he said.
Kyosaki has long advised against relying solely on Wall Street investments. In his previous tweets, he advised investing in alternative assets such as real estate, gold, silver and Bitcoin. He believes that all of these can be good options during an economic downturn.
Kyosaki has explained in his post what to do in a recession. He writes, ‘The reality is that the world is in a recession. The fact is that inflation is rising and unemployment is also rising. The most important question is what are you going to do about this recession? Will this recession make you rich or poor? The choice is yours and your education can be free.’ He further writes, ‘Take care of yourself and make this recession the best of your life.’
Kyosaki is inspiring people to become financially strong. He believes that a recession is an opportunity and not something to be afraid of. He advises people to move away from traditional investments and invest in things like gold, silver, real estate. He says that having financial knowledge is very important. –Agency
