Sanvi Energy is issuing ipo from Friday, how many units can be filled?

Kathmandu. Sanvi Energy is going to issue an IPO from May 15. Now in the second phase, the company is going to issue an IPO for the general public. In the first phase, the company has already distributed the IPO open for the local residents of the project-affected areas and nepalis in foreign employment.

The company will open ipo sale worth Rs 241.53 million for the general public. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 2,415,300 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.

In this IPO, the general public can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units. Investors can apply through all C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal and their designated branch offices and ‘My Shares’ of CDSC.

The IPO of Sanvi Energy will be closed on May 15 and late on June 15. The ipo sales manager of the company is Nepal SBI Merchant Banking.
