Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 29 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared 10.1780% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital (inclusive of tax purposes). The proposed dividend will be approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
