Kathmandu. The share price of Sanima GIC Insurance has been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange of Nepal (NEPSE). As the company closed its books for the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution, the NEPSE adjusted the share price and determined a new price.
Nepse has adjusted the company’s 7.50 percent bonus share. After the adjustment, the company’s share price has been fixed at Rs 617.96 paisa. Nepse has adjusted the share price based on the previous trading day’s closing price of Rs 664.31 paisa.
The company has called its seventh annual general meeting on Thursday, Chaitra 21, at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 am.
