Kathmandu. 580,000 units of shares of Sanima GIC Insurance have been put on sale.
A total of 580,000 units of shares of the company’s founding group have been put on sale. Currently, the existing founders of the company can apply for purchase of this share.
The application has to be submitted within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s head office in Tangal, Kathmandu. Earlier, the company had given a 35-day deadline to its founding shareholders to put the shares on sale. However, after the founder shareholders did not apply for the share purchase, they were again given 15 days time.
Now, if there is no application for the purchase of shares from the founding shareholders within the stipulated time, the sale will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
