Samata Domestic Microfinance’s founding shares turned into public

Kathmandu. The founder shares of Samata Domestic Microfinance Financial Institution have been converted into common shares. A total of 352,729.45 units of founder shares of the company were converted into ordinary shares. Now the company’s share structure is 63.87 percent of the founders and 36 percent of the general public is 13 percent.
