Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Microfinance Institution Limited has announced the sale of 5,790 units of promoter shares. The institution has put the shares up for sale as some of the promoter shareholders of the institution have submitted an application to this institution for the sale of shares in their names.
Currently, only the existing promoter shareholders of the company are allowed to purchase the shares. Existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the shares will have to submit an application to the company’s central office in Banepa within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice, specifying the details of what they want to buy.
The institution says that if no application for the purchase of the shares is received from the promoter shareholders within this deadline, the shares will be sold to the general public.
