Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 3,31,07,977.09 to the shareholders out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 62,90,51,564. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
