Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Hydropower Company has initiated the process of bringing right shares.
The company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to issue right shares. If the securities board gives permission, the company will issue 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital.
The company has sought permission from its shareholders to bring rights worth Rs 1.17 billion. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 11.73 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
After the right sale, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 2.34 billion. NMB Capital is the right sales manager of the company.
