Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. The date of book close has been fixed for the purpose of dividend distribution of 82 rupees.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Saturday decided to close the book on November 8 to distribute dividend of the last fiscal year. This means that only shareholders who have remained in the company as of November 24 will be eligible for the dividend.
The company has decided to provide 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. Accordingly, the company will distribute a cash dividend of Rs 8,27,25,153.36 to its shareholders.
The company has also decided to hold its 12th AGM on November 26 to approve the dividend. The organization has informed that the meeting will be held in Butwal
