Kathmandu. Remittance inflow has increased by 19.2 percent in the fiscal year 2081/82 BS. According to the data published by The Nepal Rastra Bank today, the remittance inflow increased by 19.2 percent to Rs 1723.27 billion.

Remittance inflows had increased by 16.5 percent in the previous year. The remittance inflow for the month of July 2019 was Rs 189.11 billion. In the same month of the previous year, such inflow was Rs 117.78 billion. Pitcher. Remittance inflows in US dollar terms increased by 16.3 per cent to Rs 12.64 billion in the review year. In the review year, 5,05,957 Nepalis have taken the final labour permit (institutional and individual-new) for foreign employment and 3,33,309 have taken re-labour permit. In the previous year, the number was 4,60,102 and 2,81,195 respectively.
