Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital, a subsidiary of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company, has been granted permission to operate as Securities Sales Manager and Consultancy Service.
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital, a subsidiary of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company (SEBON), has received the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) license to provide the services related to Issue Manager, Share Registration and Corporate Consultancy Services. Prior to this, the company had been engaged in securities underwriting and investment management activities.
The first mutual investment fund from the insurance sector is ‘Reliable Samriddhi Yojana’ under the ‘Reliable Group Investment Trust’.
With the additional license, the company pledged to provide more quality services in the merchant banking sector in the days to come.
