Kathmandu. Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute 12 percent cash dividend of Rs 623,35,39,385.60 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 5.19 billion.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal (IBA).
