Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has urged the banks to immediately report the unauthorized transactions.
The central bank has issued a notification today for financial awareness. “As soon as you come to know about unauthorized transactions from your account, where and to whom do you know about it?” the notice said, “Banks and financial institutions have arranged toll-free numbers and customer support teams of employees to listen to the problems of customers and to solve the necessary solutions.” ’
Rastra Bank has suggested to inform such number units immediately as soon as they come to know about the unauthorized transaction.
