Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has approved the merger of IME Digital Solutions Limited and Khalti Pvt Ltd.
The central bank has given the final approval to transfer all the assets and liabilities of both the organizations to the organization to be formed after the merger.
Now all the payment related transactions being operated by both the organizations are going to start integrated transactions in the name of ‘IME Khalti Limited’ from July 15.
