Kathmandu. Protective Micro Insurance is going to hold its second annual general meeting on June 15. The meeting will be held at the company’s head office in Dhangadhi, Kailali at 1 pm. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on May 19 decided the date of the meeting.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the financial year 2080/81 to be presented by the Chairman, the financial statement of the financial year 2080/81 along with the auditor’s report, the profit and loss account of the same period, cash flow statement and the schedule related to it.
The meeting will approve the expenses incurred by the company under its social responsibility to appoint an auditor in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 and determine remuneration and service conditions to audit the transactions of the fiscal year 2081/82.
Shareholders who attend the GENERAL meeting will have to bring their original identity card to enter the meeting venue.
