Professional Training for Comprehensive Business Growth Training of Aarambh Chautari Microfinance Concludes

Kathmandu. Banepa, the central office of Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited, has conducted professional training for comprehensive business growth training in all the provinces. The training, which started from Itahari of Koshi State on July 14, concluded at Birendranagar Surkhet in Karnali State.

A total of 472 employees, including all employees working in all 135 branches and 22 programme officers working in the provinces, participated in the professional training for comprehensive business growth training organized at all the places.

The training program focused on effective center operation process, creating an effective and customer-friendly loan recovery environment, expanding cordial relations with customer members and hearing complaints, financial awareness orientation, improving accounting system, project inspection process and effective loan analysis, identification and evaluation process of mortgage land and quality transaction enhancement.

Chief Executive Officer of the organization Shiva Prasad Gyawali inaugurated the training programs held in Itahari, Bardibas, Sauraha, Pokhara, Lumbini, Nepalgunj and Surkhet in the presence of Assistant General Manager Manrupa Poudel and all the departmental heads. ।

Addressing a program organized in Lumbini of Lumbini Province, Gopal Prasad Basyal, member of the board of directors of lumbini province, said that the CEO has played an important role in establishing the organization as the top institution in the microfinance sector and the organization will give good results in the coming days.

On the occasion, he congratulated the branches that achieved 100 per cent target in the last fiscal year and directed them to work with responsible, conscientious and positive energy in the coming days.

Chief Executive Officer Shiva Prasad Gyawali said that if the employees work together in the branch, they will be successful in doing any work.

On the occasion, Chief Trainer Assistant General Manager Manrupa Poudel gave training on review and commercialization of the last financial year, current status of the organization in the Nepali microfinance sector and strategy to increase the quality business, facilitation of problems seen in the accounting system and motivation of employees, Trainer Chief Business Officer Chandan Kumar Sardar gave training on employee management, employee code of conduct, institutional risk reduction, employees’ work, duties and responsibilities related to responsibility. ।

Top Bahadur Raskoti, Head of The Department of Credit, gave training on the directives issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank to the microfinance institutions, the base rate and interest rate determination process implemented from this fiscal year and the implementation of the offer letter, the problems and solutions seen in the loan cycle and quality business growth and the loan acceptance process.

Chief Executive Officer Shiva Prasad Gyawali said that he would always work to increase the morale of the employees.

Stating that all the employees should work unitedly for the institutional interest, he said that anyone who breaks the institutional discipline will not be spared.

On the occasion, Ram Prasad Poudel, working in the Department of Information Technology, presented the data about the annual plan for the fiscal year 2082/2083 and the program was conducted by Top Bahadur Raskoti.
