Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has completed 8 years of its establishment and has entered into 9 years of its establishment. The company celebrated its ninth anniversary by organizing various programs.
On the occasion of its anniversary, the company has launched ‘E-Policy Loan’, a service that allows customers to take loans against insurance policies through digital medium. The scheme was jointly inaugurated by the company’s board members Birendra Jung Pandey, Samjhana Aryal, Susan Sherchan, Shumsher Parajuli and Bhawana Balayar, CEO of the company Mr. Santosh Prasain and the company’s brand ambassador Manoj Gajurel.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, CEO Prasain said that the company has adopted modern technology as the e-policy loan as a step of digital transformation. He clarified that the ‘e-policy loan’ has been brought to provide easy service from anywhere.
To get the e-policy loan, the policy holder should have completed at least 3 years and paid the premium for 3 years, KYC and bank account should be updated. The e-policy loan service is available on Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life’s website and app.

Along with the e-policy loan, AI chatbot, dynamic QR and login portal have also been launched.
On the occasion of its anniversary, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance organized a free heart check-up camp at Tikhedewal on Sunday. More than 500 locals have benefited from the camp.
Om Hospital’s specialist Dr. Shrestha was present at the camp held on the premises of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-14 office. A 10-member team of doctors led by Dr Diwakar Parajuli examined the patient’s heart health. Medicines were also distributed free of cost to the participants of the camp, according to Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life.
