Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance has urged the insured to come in contact with the necessary documents for the settlement of insurance claims.
The company has issued a notice today and made this request. The company has stated that it has received applications for claims under the insurance policies issued by the company from the previous fiscal year to mid-Magh of the current fiscal year, but the settlement is yet to be made as some insureds have not submitted the necessary documents to the company.
The company has urged such insureds to contact the company’s nearest provincial, branch and sub-branch office or the company’s central office in Tinkune, Kathmandu and the concerned surveyor as soon as possible with the necessary documents (except for Covid claims). The company has informed the claimants to submit the relevant documents of their insurance claim and cooperate in the claim settlement process.
The company has clarified that if the required documents related to the claim are not received within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, the claim file will be closed and placed in abeyance.
